See it in two minutes

Setting up a business, what you see each day, marking things done, and sharing with your team.

How it works

  1. 1

    Describe the business

Sdn Bhd, PLT, enterprise or just yourself; financial year end; staff; SST. The filings that apply are added with their due dates.

  2. 2

    Add the rest

Bills, renewals, tasks and money owed to you, each repeating on its own schedule, assigned to whoever looks after it.

  3. 3

    Get reminded, mark it done

An email and calendar alert ahead of each date. When it’s done, record the amount and receipt, and it moves on to the next one.

Everything a deadline needs

Filings worked out for you

Tell it the business type, financial year end and whether you have staff. Annual Return, Form C, CP204, PCB, KWSP, SOCSO, SST-02 and more are set up with their due dates.

Know what “done” means

Each filing comes with how to submit it, a link to the portal and a checklist of steps, so anyone in the team can pick it up.

See what’s at stake

Late government filings show roughly how much penalty may be charged, so you know what to settle first.

Bills, tasks and money to collect

Rent, utilities, insurance, loan repayments, customer invoices. Monthly, yearly, the last day of the month, or by mileage for a vehicle.

Email and calendar

One email a day at the hour you choose, only when something needs attention. Or subscribe in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar.

Proof and history

Mark it done with the date, amount, reference and receipt. Everything stays in History, and a mistake can be undone or restored.

Your team, your accountant

Invite people to the whole team or to one business, to view, edit or manage it. A director can get the emails without an account.

Hear when things change

When someone marks a payment done, edits a due date or deletes a reminder, the others get one short email about it.

Domains and SSL, checked daily

Add your website’s domain or SSL certificate and it checks the expiry date itself, and marks the renewal done when it sees it.

One email, only when it matters

Each day, at the hour you pick, you get what’s overdue and what’s coming up, with the amount and a link to each one. Nothing due? No email.

  • Reminders 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before a filing, and on the day
  • Choose who gets each business’s emails, or just the person it’s assigned to
  • Extra addresses, such as a director, get them without an account

Questions

Who is it for?

Owners and finance teams of Sdn Bhd companies, PLTs and enterprises in Malaysia, company secretaries and accountants looking after several clients, and anyone who wants their own bills and personal tax in one place.

Do I need to know the due dates?

No. Answer a few questions about the business (type, financial year end, incorporation date, staff, SST) and the filings that apply are added with their dates. You can change any of them, and add your own.

Does it submit the filings for me?

No. It reminds you before each one, explains how to submit it, links to the official portal, and keeps the record and receipt once you’ve done it.

Can my accountant or company secretary use it?

Yes. Invite them to only the businesses they look after, and choose for each one whether they can view, edit or manage it. You can see who added whom and remove access at any time.

Who can see my data?

Only the people in your team, and only the businesses and categories you’ve given them. Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app is available for every account.
